Curriculum and Certificate Programs at Alanya TÖMER
The curriculum at Alanya TÖMER has been designed based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), an internationally recognized standard, in order to assess and improve your language proficiency.
Our Turkish as a Foreign Language Certificate Programs are organized according to specific durations and levels. The course durations and levels are detailed below:

The weekly schedule for our certificate courses is prepared before the start of each course and announced to the participants.
| LANGUAGE PLACEMENT EXAM (LPT) |
The Placement Test, conducted to determine the level at which students will begin their studies, is designed in accordance with the criteria of the European Language Portfolio. The test is administered at Basic (A1-A2) and Intermediate (B1-B2) levels.
The test assesses the following skills:

LPT results obtained at Alanya University TÖMER are valid for 2 (two) months.
Course Completion Exam
The Course Completion Exam, administered at the end of each course, assesses students’ four core language skills:

Reading

Listening
-
Writing
-
Speaking
Each skill is tested separately.
Basic and Intermediate Levels (A1, A2, B1, B2):
For exams at these levels, which assess all four core skills, students must achieve at least 50% in each skill and a total score of 60 or above to be considered successful. Successful students are awarded a certificate integrated with e-Government and are eligible to proceed to the next level.
Advanced Levels (C1 and C2):
For advanced courses, students must achieve at least 50% in each skill and a total score of 70 or above to be considered successful.
