ALANYA UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR TEACHING AND RESEARCH OF TURKISH AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES (TÖMER)
The Alanya University Center for Teaching and Research of Turkish and Foreign Languages (TÖMER) was established in 2022 as a dynamic center for teaching and research in language education, offering instruction in Turkish as well as various foreign languages. The Center regards language not merely as a means of communication but as a fundamental component of cultural interaction and academic development, aiming to help individuals acquire a multilingual and multicultural perspective.
At Alanya University TÖMER, Turkish for foreigners, English, Russian, German, French, and other foreign languages are taught in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at levels A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1. Courses are conducted by experienced instructors using communication-oriented, student-centered, and technology-supported teaching methods.
With its multilingual and multicultural structure, Alanya University TÖMER aims to contribute to the academic, social, and cultural development of its students and to support them in becoming globally competent individuals with intercultural awareness and effective communication skills.
